Account & Authentication

How do I sign up?

Visit our homepage and click "Start Free Trial" or "Sign In". Enter your email address, and we'll send you a magic link. Click the link to sign in - no password needed!

I didn't receive my magic link. What should I do?

First, check your spam/junk folder - magic links often get filtered there. If it's not there, wait 5 minutes (email delivery can be delayed), then try requesting a new link. Make sure you entered your email correctly.

Can I use a password instead of magic links?

Currently, we only support magic link authentication. This is more secure because there are no passwords to remember or leak, links expire after 24 hours, and each link can only be used once.

How do I sign out?

Click "Sign out" in the header navigation on any page. You'll be returned to the landing page.

Projects

How many projects can I create?

It depends on your subscription tier: Free (1 project/month), Launcher (3 projects/month), Builder (10 projects/month), and Studio (unlimited projects).

Can I delete a project?

Currently, projects cannot be deleted through the UI. They remain in your dashboard for reference. If you need projects removed, please contact support.

What industries are supported?

We support 26+ industries including Developer Tools, E-commerce, Education, Finance, Healthcare, SaaS, and many more. If your industry isn't listed, select "Other" and describe it in your vision summary.

What file formats can I upload for my vision?

You can upload PDF, Markdown (.md, .markdown), and Plain Text (.txt) files. Maximum file size is 10MB. The AI will extract and summarize your vision from the document.

Can I edit my vision after creating a project?

Once a project is created and agents have run, the vision cannot be changed. Create a new project with an updated vision instead.

Factory Pipeline

What AI models are available?

We offer three AI models: Gemini 2.0 Flash (Google) - fast and versatile, recommended for most users; Claude 3.5 Sonnet (Anthropic) - strong reasoning and code generation; GPT-4o (OpenAI) - multimodal flagship capabilities.

How is the Viability Score calculated?

The Strategist AI runs a "Pre-Mortem" analysis - it assumes your project has FAILED after 12 months and works backward to find why. It evaluates: (1) Root Cause Analysis - why users ignored the landing page, (2) Unit Economics Autopsy - why CAC exceeded LTV and which pricing path failed, (3) Competitive Death - who copied it and won, what "moat" was an illusion, (4) Red Flags - dealbreakers that would make a VC pass immediately. The score ranges from 1-10: 7-10 = "Worth Building" (manageable risks), 5-6 = "Proceed with Caution" (significant but not fatal risks), 1-4 = "High Risk / Do Not Build" (fatal flaws identified).

What happens if my viability score is 5 or below?

If your score is 5 or below, you'll see a Low Viability Warning explaining the risks. When you click "Approve", a confirmation dialog appears asking if you're sure you want to proceed given the identified risks. You can still continue to the Builder stage, but we recommend reviewing the red flags and their mitigations carefully first. Consider validating assumptions or pivoting your idea before investing more time.

What are Red Flags and Mitigations?

Red Flags are specific risks or dealbreakers the Strategist identified - things that, if true, would cause your project to fail. Each red flag now comes with a Mitigation - an actionable strategy to validate or address that risk. Examples include running a smoke test landing page, interviewing potential customers, or researching competitor pricing. Use these mitigations as your validation checklist.

Can I re-run an agent?

Yes! If you're not satisfied with an agent's output, don't approve it and click the "Rerun" button. The agent will generate a new output with potentially different insights. Note: Re-running counts toward your usage limits.

How accurate is the market research?

The Researcher agent analyzes real data from Reddit discussions, G2 software reviews, and Capterra reviews. Accuracy depends on how much online discussion exists for your niche and the recency of the data. We recommend validating key findings manually before committing resources.

What's in the PRD (Product Requirements Document)?

The PRD includes a problem statement, user stories with acceptance criteria, tech stack recommendations, and AI coding prompts ready to paste into Cursor or Claude Code.

Can I download the PRD?

PRD download is available on Builder ($149/mo) and Studio ($399/mo) tiers. Lower tiers can view but not download.
